RETURN POLICY – 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

It is important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase from My-Yearbook. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your yearbook, you can simply return it for full refund.

Terms:

1. You can return items within 14 days of original delivery date for a full refund. Refunds do not include shipping and handling.
2. Please send us an email with the reason for your return (registration@my-yearbook.com) before you return your item.
Please do not send back your parcel until we e-mail you with the address.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition to our given shipping address, otherwise refund can not be made.
Products is in poor conditions can not be accepted for refund if: damaged.
4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned the yearbook.
5. It is not applicable for Digital version, they are not refundable at all.
